Living In Dubai

Most people who are looking to live in Dubai always do some research beforehand to find out what the typical cost of living is compared to where they are stationed now. Although the salaries are generally higher here than in most parts of the World there are other things to take into consideration. Although living in Dubai as an expat has many advantages, mainly the U.A.E. being a tax free Country so the chance to come here and save some money for a few years is very attractive to most.

On the other hand some people take he choice to use their annual rent allowance and put it towards a mortgage to buy a property to live in Dubai, in the long run this works out to be a great investment when you look at the prices now compared to a few years ago.

Schooling is not only quite high (although most companies here cover this) but hard to get into due to the influx of people moving to Dubai to relocate there is not enough private schools here at the moment, many are due for completion soon though in most of the major housing developments.
