The Northville Real Estate market is bad, and getting worse.  If you are thinking about selling, and want the most money possible, then why would you wait for the market to continue to decline? 

If you played the stock market and you owned a stock that you were very confident was going to continue to go down for a couple years, would you sell now or wait and let it keep going down, while you are watching it?  I would hope you would sell it NOW.   The good news is once you sell your home now, you will have your pick to search homes for sale in the MLS in Michigan, come spring time.  We have every indication that inventory will be at its all time high come spring of 2008.  If you wait to put your house on the market, you may be competing against more than twice the amount of homes for sale than what is currently on the market right now.

In November 2007 it took 132 days to sell a home VS. November 2006 it took 101 days.

In November 2007 avg. sales price was $373,000 VS. November 2006 it was $445,000

In November 2007 avg. $/sq ft was $131/sq. ft.  VS. November 2006 it was $149/sq. ft.
