When it comes to power of sales and foreclosure properties, do you find that they are usually a good buy compared to other similar properties in your area, or a great buy or just average and similar to market value?

It seems that in the Toronto and surrounding area the power of sale properties are a reasonable buy and/or very close to market value.

Foreclosure and Power of Sale Courses - are they worth the price of admission?

I had another question about taking expensive educational courses to become educated on foreclosure properties.  There are hundreds of thousands of foreclosure properties in the USA and this seems to be a method of obtaining property at a good price.

Things are different up here in Canada, specifically Ontario, but many people from the US are offering courses up here to earn income.  I had a question about the courses and thought I would post my thoughts on this blog.
