The once small fishing village of Sabinillas occupies a coastal position in the Manilva region of the Costa Del Sol. There has recently been significant investment to the infrastructure of this pretty little town both in the road network and promenade areas, making it a really great place to spend time. There are plenty of ammenities and good value bars and restaurants here, because this is essentially not a tourist destination, but rather a place where you can rub shoulders with all the locals an get a true snapshot of the Spanish lifestyle.

Here I am again writing about bargain hunters searching for property on the Costa Del Sol region of Spain. As my previous REW posts allude to on this subject, there are a great number of clients currently biting the bullet and resuming their plans to buy a property in Spain. Further to my last post regarding the additon of cheap properties in Spain, we have exceeded expectations and added a total of 180 properties this week alone. There are apartments and some villas in this selection and they are in locations such as Marbella, Mijas, Estepona and Manilva regions.

This month we have seen quite a surge in our server log for all phrases related to discount properties in the Costa Del Sol region and therefore we are trying to provide what our clients our looking for within this price bracket. Our cheap property section in the Costa Del Sol region of Spain continues to grow at an accelerated rate with over five new listings added every day. Many of the properties are under the €150,000 mark and are in good locations, enabling clients who, six years ago would have found it difficult to acquire a one bedroom or even a studio at some of the prices, will now be able to consider a two bedroom penthouse at similar money.

A new listing on the La Zagaleta section of our website shows a plot representing great value considering the size and quality of views it offers. The piece of land faces  South West, so afternoon sun would fall directly on the garden when the house has been constructed.

Over the last month we, at First Property Choice,  have significantly increased the number of properties under the €200k mark, in the Costa Del Sol region of southern Spain. This is due to the demand in traffic for this and associated phrases on most of the search engines and in line with the current bargain hunting that is taking precidence in the current market conditions.

Surprisingly it is possible to find great apartments in desireable areas for up to 50% less than they were at the height of the boom. This is enabling buyers who had previously looked at emerging markets to enter into this very much established holiday home hotspot.
