Los Pandos Vineyard Investment

I was lucky enough to attend a fantastic presention involving a truly exceptional eco-development  that will be a ground breaking, benchmark real estate project in Eastern Spain. Using the latest techniques Fundacion Metropoli, the premier in eco-friendly, sustainable developments proposed project will work on many different levels providing superb solutions to the ever changing world of eco-friendly planning. Sarriguren the eco-city is one of their many triumphs and the firms involvement in worldwide city planning mark a new age in sustainable development. Their outlook and expertise add a new dimension to the interpretation of eco-friendly.

Their latest proposal in the Almansa region in the east of Spain will provide both a residential and logistical hub, that remains sympathetic to the surrounding area. Within this development sits a working vineyard with a Cortijo building that has stood for hundreds of years, with a consistent harvest already being produced the developers of the entire projects want to bring wine production back to this historic Cortijo. They are currently in the middle of a fund raising exercise enabling them to build the facilities and complete a two year testing enabling quality and quantity to increase.

This Vineyard investment will eventually include a boutique hotel and the improvement of the buildings on site, coupled with the eco-village, sports facilities and many other ground breaking eco-friendly construction, making this development an important hub close to Valencia, Alicante and a proposed stop for the new high speed train line.
