La Zagaleta Plots

This will allow interested parties to construct their own specifiacion villas on prime locations, enabling a saving on the purchase of a key ready villa. Many of the plots we are about to add to our portfolio have sea views and have had some work done to facilitate easier access.
Our company believe that each plot will provide a solid long term investment for the prospective buyer over the mid to long term. Price per square metre will be significantly reduced by undertaking the construction process, allowing for better capital appreciation/rental yields.
As I have stated in previous REW blog posts, there does seem to be elevated interest in this development, surprisingly outperforming many of the cheaper holiday home hotspots in terms of enquiries. The First Property Choice portfolio of land for sale will grow considerably over the coming weeks.
