Sea View La Zagaleta Plots

Further to my recent REW blog bost regarding our new plot listings within La Zagaleta, I thought I would give a simplistic example of how construction of your own property within this estate could prove a wise mid to long term investment.

Our latest listing is a 5300m2 plot that has clear sea views, importantly it has had the access improved and been partially flattened. One of the most saleable points this plot has to offer is its total privacy, absolutely nobody can overlook your house when complete.

This plot would require some retaining walls, at an approximate cost of €350,000 but by La Zagaleta standards this is a pretty staightforward plot to build on. The price per m2 for a reasonable quality built would be somewhere in the region of €2500. So we have €2,200,000 for the plot, €350,000 for the walls and if you build a 1000m2 house you can do the maths yourself. Compare this costing to a finished property!

That said there are many people who don´t want to wait or don´t want the hassle, thats fine as long as you don´t mind paying a premium for this.
