Worlds Largest Golf Management Company Take La Zagaleta as Client

Troon Golf, the market premier in top level golf course development, management and marketing has recently announced that La Zagaleta is now a new client of theirs, adding this private development to the firms list of illustrious golf resorts. 

The estate recently spent over €20 million on the development of their second golf course, Los Barrancos whose fairways present a massive challenge to even the most seasoned of golfers. The club president revealed that Troons long standing reputation and committment to excellence was the deciding factor behind awarding the management contract.

This sort of decision is a great indicator of what this luxury estate expects from every single aspect of the La Zagaleta experience, where "only the best is good enough", the developments credo is passed on to the residents. None demonstrate this more clearly than the permitted build density, many more homes could have been constructed, but keeping true to its original concept they wanted to maintain a natural and private feel to the estate. I think many more developments in the Costa Del Sol should have realised that sometimes less in more.
