 I recently called on a for sale by owner property.  The customer answers the telephone, I give my speech, send her a resume/listing packet, and later we schedule on appointment.  I give the listing presentation and say I would be willing to list your home for $85k.  The customer responds by saying, we were told by two other seasoned agents that out home is worth $90k and we won't list for less than $90.  I simple replied ok fine, do what you want, however I just listed a home for $90k that will crush this home in a comparision.  I said go ahead and list your home with one of the other agents, I'll call you when it expires.  As I got up from the table, the owners stopped by from walking out the front door and said WAIT!!!  By the way Robert, what is your…

How good is business regarding Manitowoc Real Estate?  I placed nine telephone calls to other local agents in my market area to show nine different homes.  One of the nine realtors, whom I considered a business friend answered the telephone & and we scheduled a showing that same day.  Four other realtors out of the nine returned my voice mail & we also scheduled showings that same day.  What happened to the other four of the the nine realtors that did not return my voice mail to setup a showing?

 The Manitowoc River Loft's Condominium project was completed mid to late 2008.  The condo's all have the finest in luxury from floor to ceiling.  Blah blah blah.  PROBLEM.  A 1 bedroom condo starts out at $264,000.  That is awefully expensive compared to it's competing new construction homes in the area.  So here is the scenario.  The developer who's name I will not mention has 16 vacant condo's all for sale and not one of them as closed; oh yeah not to mention the first floor commercial space is vacant as well.
