Dallas and Hiram Georgia were recently part of the Paulding County real estate boom which found the county as one of the nation's fastest growing until the recession brought building to a halt. Paulding County also offers some great golfing, The Georgian features an 18-hole course designed by Tom Fazio which hosts many events such as the Georgia Open and recently earned a four and a half star rating in Golf Digest. Bentwater Golf in Dallas features a championship course as well as every convenience you would need right within the community, even a convenience store!
