I am fortunate enough to be a part of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors MLS Board. We have been testing and tweaking and evaluating a new Memphis Multiple Listing Service called MLXchange. I had no idea how antiquated our old system was until we started the initial testing phase some weeks ago. A Massachusetts Investment firm has begun the process of acquiring and developing a Midtown apartment complex for conversions in to quaint 1 and 2-bedroom condos.
