I agree! If you're buying a condo at Rehoboth, aren't you doing it so you can enjoy the beach and nightlife? Why buy a brand new, huge (expensive)palatial condo if you're never going to be sitting at home to enjoy it? There's too much to do in Rehoboth to just sit inside. This cottage would be great for people who just want a place to stay when they come down for the weekend.
