How to Get the Best Deal on your Real Estate Purchase in a Buyers Market.
Today, in my dailey blog i am going to talk about how to get the best deal in a buyers market. Do your homework and you might be able to make an aggressively low offer that a seller will accept.
One of the main things in making an offer on a home is not to offend, if you offend the seller you may not even get a counter. You do not want the seller to quash a deal right off the bat. So before making any offer do your homework. You are working with an buyers agent, it doesn't cost you anything.
Here are couple of things you want to look for.
Buyers agent working on behalf of a buyer needs to honor and facilitate the offer that the buyer wishes to make -- even if it seems too low. If i think an offer is to low i will still submit it but i will also tell the buyers to expect a counter.
Always use a buyers agent...
On average you as a home buyer will save about 5% using a buyers agent verus the sellers agent. In most states the sellers agent cant help you in the purchase of your home. Make sure you know the difference.
