We are still being grouped together with the rest of the market

Well as I do everyday, I was searching the internet for housing news. I found another story about as much as 131 of 287 cities lost ground after the latest real estate boom. While i was reading i found something positive for use Texans.

"Smaller cities in the West and Northwest were the stage for much of the best price growth last quarter. Topped by Wenatchee, Wash.'s nearly 24% yearly price increase -- 5% for the quarter and nearly 80% growth in five years, the fastest growth areas were dominated by Washington, Utah, Colorado, Oregon and Texas. The list also includes cities in Alabama, the Carolinas, Virginia, Mississippi and Pennsylvania."  MSN.com

As i have been saying in other blogs, Can they not say something good.

I read somewhere in the last few days that if, The local news would report good news for 30 days this would all end. Please guys help us out. Tell us the good news with the bad. Please report the good local news not the bad national news. Every market is different, report it that way..
