That's six properties currently in escrow and ten closings in the last three months and two weeks. Pretty good activity! Current escrows are five homes listed in the $600's and one listed in the $700's. Nine of the ten sales were for homes in the $600's and less.
Oahu's median home price as of September was $622,450. Palolo Valley is one of the few neighborhoods in the Diamond Head region where a decent sized move-in home can be found below Oahu's median home price.
