This listing just went on the market last week and it's got a lot of people looking.   This Kaimuki home features three bedrooms with one and a half baths. Interior area is approximately 1,197 square feet on 4,320 square feet of land.  There's a covered carport for two vehicles and probably room for another car or two in the driveway.  The house is located on a private drive which accesses several homes.

The home appears to be in good shape.  The interior could use some upgrading, however it's ready to be lived in now.

This house is on Lincoln Avenue in Kaimuki.  It just went on the market for $525,000.  If you've watched Honolulu home prices for awhile, you know that a house for sale in this neighborhood in the $500's is a rarity.

Does it need work?  Yes.  However, the house seems to be fundamentally in good shape.  Some aspects I like are that it has copper plumbing and updated electrical wiring.  It might be feasible for a buyer to move in and fix 'em up while living here. Paint, flooring, updating lighting and fixtures.
