These will allow much more content-rich listing searches for people using their listings. Performance upgrades to their servers will be rolled out as well.
The scope of the changes to their service is quite broad, so make sure you contact your technology partner for details on how this will affect your IDX solution. If you are a client of Real Estate Webmasters, expect a call in the near future. For any more details, contact us at (250) 753-9893.

The blog description says: "This blog provides updates for the RE InforLink (REIL) MLS. REIL stands for Real Estate InfoLink. Covering the cities of Santa Cruz and Watsonville, and the areas of Monterey County, San Benito County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Silicon Valley, RE InfoLink has a rolling average of over 8,000 active property listings and more than half a million historical records." As I am not familiar with these areas, a quick search on wikipedia.org shows that a few of the areas are in the San Francisco Bay area, but not San Francisco proper. I hope this helps.
