RANWW Allows Agents to Have IDXs

This will require broker authorization and the completion of the appropriate licensing paperwork. This is great news for all members of the RANWW! The Realtors® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin has about 1200 members with jurisdiction in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, Barron, Washburn, Burnett, Sawyer, Rusk counties; and the towns of Barnes, Cable and Namekagon in Bayfield County. Some of the larger cities are Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Rice Lake, and Ladysmith.
