What the deal with "SOCAL has loosened up its vendorship fees to allow more competition" ?
Greenville is getting a new profile sheet this week - that's news.
Drew, I think that is another thread, but I can answer that, as you know previously to become a vendor in SOCAL it was a $2500 USD charge, and $2500 per month for data, it was rediculous and noone could afford to become a vendor or develop IDX solutions in the area. They have now reduced those fees significantly so improvements to IDX can now start happening again, as there will now be more competition in that realm.
Thanks, Morgan. Just keep us ahead of whatever anyone else is doing. We'll gladly pay for any enhancements to our site IDX.

So post an update already
We definitely want to cover major updates such as complete feed changes, or when technologies change (From FTP to RETS) or things like the fact that SOCAL has loosened up its vendorship fees to allow more competition in that venue. What else would members like to see?
