In an effort to make the life of an IDX vendor like Real Estate Webmasters less hectic, the Realtor Association of Northwestern Wisconsin is ensuring that Open House records expire once the date of the open house has passed. They are enforcing this criteria on their end, so we will not likely have to update our framework to take advantage of the change.

The Realtor® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin (RANWW) and MLS have just announced that their agent members will now be allowed to have IDX solutions on their websites. This will require broker authorization and the completion of the appropriate licensing paperwork. This is great news for all members of the RANWW!
