Web Developers - FTP data access is only available for the Designated Broker of the office. We do not take requests for FTP access from anyone except the Designated Broker. Please direct your client to the Subscribers Only section of our web site to access the FTP for IDX request form (under Technology and IDX). If your client is a REALTOR subscriber, then FTP access is unavailable. We offer a framed IDX solution for REALTOR members at no additional cost.
For you agents getting your link for the framed solution is really easy, you just go to ARMLS (Have your agent ID, login and pass ready) then just follow the IDX links and instructions.

Sorry James, At this time Real Estate Webmasters has not opted to become authorized vendors for "agent" facing IDX solutions - this has nothing to do with your broker, it has to do with us signing on and we have not done so yet (mainly due to the volume needed to justify the $1500 USD per month fees just for license access) - ironically I was revisiting this with the director of technologies at ARMLS last week - and I do have an updated version of the agreement, so ARMLS agents solutions may become available in the near future.

What if my broker is connected with ARMLS IDX like most and if not all Phoenix Brokers are can I get a custom IDX link created? I like the idea of having one no show the property address, and to see additional photos they must fully register with my site.
