REW Lead Manager (Enhanced)
This new lead management system includes several enhancements including a calendar system for creating and organizing events, a reminder system for events as well as personalized agent reminders on a per lead basis and a new system of admin / broker education and accountability called the action plans system. We also took the opportunity to significantly improve performance (speed up usage for large lead systems) and build in many cool new features from date range and persistant date options, to a brand new current vs system mode for system administrators.
I say the lead management system is brand new - but that's not entirely true. We here at Real Estate Webmasters have been developing this system for over a year and together with our team of beta testers (a group of our most web savvy and highest lead managing agents, teams and brokerages) have been working with and refining / perfecting this system in our real time day-to-day business operations. The result is a significantly improved user experience, with faster performance, more functionality and a very pleasing UI - all for under 35 cents a day.
So how do we upgrade?
Upgrading is as easy as posting your request here at this blog. Orders will be taken and on a first come first served basis and upgrades are processed in the order in which payments are received
In order to upgrade you must be running a current version of the Real Estate Webmasters 2.0 CMS system. If you are unsure of what system you have, or know that you are still running 1.0 (wow where have you been these past few years?) then you will first need to have your 1.0 upgraded to 2.0 before your order can be processed. Pricing for 2.5 enhanced upgrade
2.5 enhanced is a one time $199 upgrade and carries a $9.95 per month increased cost over CMS 2. Your yearly hosting will be pro-rated to reflect the additional cost for the remainder of your hosting year. Each year thereafter is billed out at $49.95 per month (paid yearly).

As for a custom site - great time to buy, you basically can get 25% off the whole thing. As you know, customs are normally a minimum $15,000 USD (75 programming 75 design) to get started, but it would be an $11,250 USD during the promo.

Important:
I had at least 3 upgrades to my present leadmanager. Project coordinator would need to review my records and make sure all of those custom jobs remained functional. If I recall correectly 1) assigned Agent signature module appends assigned agent signature to drip e-mails 2) Daily Saved Search Reports and View Listings Sent Report for individual prospects 3) Agent Lead assignment scoreboard.
Let's get a quote for making sure those stay functional first and then make decision based on discounted hour charge.

Looks great Morgan, glad to see you finally roll this out! I would really like to dump Top Producer, but one of my biggest obstacles right now is I have so many different action plans set up in Top Producer of actual snail mail to past clients. Basically on the summary page, it will tell me or my assistant that such and such letter needs to be sent out and we just click "print" and TP prints it out on our letterhead and has the clients address on it and "Dear Name" to start the letter. Do you have this functionality yet at all?
- Would this new system allow me to enter in a clients birthday and alert me say 7 days prior to send a card?
- How contacts can I mass email at a time (for my monthly e-newsletter)?
- How many groups can a lead be assigned to?
- Can you create a “to do” task for a lead? Is there a summary area that just shows “to do’s” for the day? Can one search all “to do’s” by date range?
- Is there a demo I can check out and play with?
- Can you create action plans other than email action plans?
- Obviously there is always some risk involved, but how often is data backed up, would we need to worry about losing templates, action plans...etc.?
- Does the new backend take and manage incoming email?

This is what I need transferred over that I believe I had custom done to my lead manager:
1.) The assigned agent is sent an email when the following emails go out:
- Inquire: Assigned Agent
- Schedule A Showing: Assigned Agent
- Send To Friend: User, User's friend, Assigned Agent
- Daily Saved Search Emails: User, Assigned Agent
2.) Assigned Agent signature module appends assigned agent signature to drip e-mails
3.) Steven did a small project to change the campaign mailer to only email lead who belong to the same agent as the campaign does.

Hey John,
We actually would not do that - the reason being we will only allow authenticated users into the REW system (meaning they have to volunarily sign up on your REW site, and agree to have our system email them) - what you can do though is a blast from top producer asking them to create a new account on your website system - but they must opt in.

Question for a team. I use Top Producer for my data base and email because everything is linked. I like it because it is a web based and can be accessed from any computer...anytime, anywhere. I am looking at dumping it when I switch to 2.5. Since I have a home computer and a work computer I didn't think using "Outlook" would be a good solution because you are saving files on 2 different computers. Has anyone used the web based OUTLOOK? What email system is anyone else using that has some sophistication to it? Thanks.

I agree - I am paying for two TP licenses and haven't used it in 12 months. Going to drop it.
The new leadmanager action plans will make for great reminders of listing and closing duties, so will fill that gap. The only thing that will be deficient with REW's new leadmanager compared to TP is the mailings, which I do not do. You should be able to export to accomplish that.
Another problem trying to handle two databases is that if you get an unsubscribe, you have to do it in both systems. I was going to maintain the new registrants in TP just as a backup, but failed to timely remove unsubscribes from that database, so now I have made that database unusable from neglect. Go figure why I am paying to keep up a nonuseable database! KISS - Keep it simple stupid!
@Morgan - TP has a means of reminding when an action plan is over, so that you know to start the person on a new plan and they will not be lost in the future. Something to contemplate.

I was thinking more about my drips as they expire. Not really sure how to tie those in together. Everyone is on a 2 year drip, I guess I could set up a to do to add them back on a new drip after 730 days. However, I have about 7000 already in database that will kind of get missed if done that way.
It would be cool to be able to get notification as those drips expire. Just thinking ahead. Some of my leads will stop getting touched in the nest 6 months.

In terms of "custom" colors on LEC 2.0's the average has come in around 10 hours, some a few less some a few more - but if you are pretty succinct in your communication and choices 10 is more than reasonable start to finish.
