This new lead management system includes several enhancements including a calendar system for creating and organizing events, a reminder system for events as well as personalized agent reminders on a per lead basis and a new system of admin / broker education and accountability called the action plans system. We also took the opportunity to significantly improve performance (speed up usage for large lead systems) and build in many cool new features from date range and persistant date options, to a brand new current vs system mode for system administrators.
I say the lead management system is brand new - but that's not entirely true. We here at Real Estate Webmasters have been developing this system for over a year and together with our team of beta testers (a group of our most web savvy and highest lead managing agents, teams and brokerages) have been working with and refining / perfecting this system in our real time day-to-day business operations. The result is a significantly improved user experience, with faster performance, more functionality and a very pleasing UI - all for under 35 cents a day.
So how do we upgrade?
Upgrading is as easy as posting your request here at this blog. Orders will be taken and on a first come first served basis and upgrades are processed in the order in which payments are received
In order to upgrade you must be running a current version of the Real Estate Webmasters 2.0 CMS system. If you are unsure of what system you have, or know that you are still running 1.0 (wow where have you been these past few years?) then you will first need to have your 1.0 upgraded to 2.0 before your order can be processed. Pricing for 2.5 enhanced upgrade
2.5 enhanced is a one time $199 upgrade and carries a $9.95 per month increased cost over CMS 2. Your yearly hosting will be pro-rated to reflect the additional cost for the remainder of your hosting year. Each year thereafter is billed out at $49.95 per month (paid yearly).

As with all REW Promotions there are certain conditions to qualify. The following are the basic requirements to qualify for this promotion.
- Promotional pricing only available to customers upgrading or purchasing at least one account to the new 2.5 system.
- All previous balances on account must be paid in full before promotional orders will be processed.
- Orders are processed first-come-first-served and are not in the queue until payment is received.
- Programming / Design / Writing hours must be purchased in minimum blocks of 5 hours per type (so 5+ programming, 5+ design, 5+ writing etc)
- Hours purchased are for NEW PROJECTS ONLY - they cannot be used to get a 25% discount on custom work with balances on account.
