Gerald Hagan (and all Canadians), the local demographics plugin is currently only available in the US - I appologize for the inconvenience - So here's the deal, I can't guarantee it will ever be available in Canada (but it might be) so - you don't have to buy the OBI right now (because we don't have it for you yet) but you can still have the promo pricing - IF you agree to buy the OBI if and when it becomes available in Canada - so you can have the deal either way, and hopefully we will have it available for you soon - either way, enjoy your promo pricing.

Jason (Dwell Atlanta) - your order for demographics is through to billing - I have placed a note in there to make sure the programmer CHECKS COMLIANCE before processing so that you don't run into issues with FMLS - if there are any we will find them before starting and we should not run into any issues. This is not standard practice - but obviously because I am aware of FMLS bing sticky about compliance, I will try to make sure we check when I process orders.

Btw Jason - you can't buy those other templates you are referencing as they are not part of REW's offerings - that's actually a completely different program available through REW IDX  and the pricing structure is completely different. - I explained to you what we were doing with FMLS and that IDX in a previous PM - there will be an update on that product line shortly.

Mike Pannel, I posted just hte one order for your main site - to answer your question, it is a "per agent" "per URL" data license so if you have mutiple sites you need to pay for a license for each URL and a setup for each URL.

If however you only have 1 URL and are only one agent (but have multiple feeds into one site - then you only need to pay 1 license fee but multiple data setup fees like in Ben'se case.

Justin Kiliszek - if your MLS does not have addresses (and does not provide zip codes) then you can't order the app - sorry - much of the app depends on matching the exact geo-codes of the address, other functions depend on zip codes etc - so no addresses = no product - sorry. What area did you want an LEC for? 

In terms of data and feedback from customers all LEC's convert quite well - but my personal preference is LEC 4 - it represents the most recent work, and seems to do very well conversion wise.

SCP - there is no such thing as a "similar properties" product - sounds like something you need an estiamte for (so you would not do that here, you would do that in the work orders forum) but you can certainly buy some programming hours and bank those for the app after the promo -

Paul - its going to be at least a couple of weeks before you see your tab (depending on where you are in the queue) those that were first to order should see their tabs showing up next week those at the end of the promo - probably like 3-4 weeks at least, but I have approved voluntary overtime for the programmers, so if anyone steps up to the plate then it might reduce delivery time somewhat.

What is the timeline for the CMA portion that is yet to come?  What cost is involved with that?  Is the $299 fee plus $20/monthly going to include the CMA portion?

There is no timeline for the CMS portion at this point (there are other items in the queue that take precedence) and no it will not be included in this application - this application (other than some content updates etc - is as you see it.

In terms of xml / html IDX sitemapping - no it is not standard on any websites - it's a $500 upgrade (currently 25% off) - the difference is this - our standard html / xml generated sitemaps are for your content (That you add in the CMS) but the IDX package allows you to work with the team to create an augmented sitemap of all IDX listings that you want to ensure have their best chance to be quickly indexed by Google via submitting at webmaster tools etc - you get to pick your cities and prop types (don't sitemap the whole thing unless you have a TON of authority)

David hughes - sorry I missed you. If you were planning on doing an LEC next year I would NOT do an IDX or demographics plugin as you would have to pay for their setups again once you ordered the LEC (It's a replacement site not an upgrade so your previous enhancements don't come with you)

That being said - LEC's are market exclusive and if you already know you want one - now is the time to buy as you get it on a discount, and there aren't any yet gone in your area (I have many areas completely sold out) - this would mean you could take your time over the holidays etc doing content implemention (or hire REW to do it ) and hit the ground seriously running Jan 1st 2010 << I CANT BELIEVE IT's 20 freakin 10!!!
