2: I don't know what you have now, but the xml / html sitemapping is for IDX listings (which are not included in the standard CMS sitemap - also the standard CMS sitemap does not provide and html version of a sitemap for property details pages, only CMS pages.

As for scalable - these are "product" based options, but as for scalable - you can augment and customize the product as much as you want, your only limitations are your budget and imagination.

An example of suckerfish on a site would be www.relyonrob.com (This template also has tons of other mods, so don't expect your site to look "exactly" like this - just use it for an example of suckerfish (Those dropdown menus at the top)

Featured area callouts - once you have paid for it, you can use it as many times (and in different ways) as you like -

As for pages - in any REW site (template, LEC or custom) you can add your own pages (unlimited) sub pages and yes of course navigation buttons linking to each including controlling what they read.

As for pricing:

Template setup, no charge (normally $740 USD) but you have to pay the years hosting which at $49.95 per month is $599.40 USD

Core IDX normally $2500 setup, + $360 per year, during the promo is $1250 USD + $360 per year.

Any of the "augmentations" are one time / setup fees I believe

As for payment - during promotions it is ALWAYS due up front, and your place in the queue is determined by when you make your payment (as opposed to when you place your order) - Promo payments attempted after Dec 1st will not be accepted so make sure you get your orders (And payments) in before then.

Hi Morgan, I searched but could not find the technical details of what and how the system allows you to create pages with a template site. Is it input with a WYSIWYG type of editor or do you have to use source code? Can I use javascript? PHP?

Franziska - I don't provide custom estimates on promo blog posts - but it seems like a simple solution to just add another IDX tab in your advanced section here: http://www.coastaleliteproperties.com/idx/ just have a Toggle between the 2 (bonita vs naples) - your quick search would still only search against the first one, if you wanted a custom estimate for that, you will have to wait until after the promotion and email sales@ but it doesn't sound you are ready to cross that bridge anyways.

Mike - yes you can pay for items now, and choose to have them implemented later - however you need to pay both the setup and hosting for an IDX if you order it - but most certainly your IDX hosting "effective start date" would not be until you actually have us access (and host) the data. So each IDX if ordered during this promotion is $1250 + $360 which is the combined setup and hosting fees or a total of $1610 USD (a savings of $1250 USD) so if you wanted 2 IDX's - double that.

It is NOT 50% down etc - promotional items are always paid up front and in full (prior to Dec 1st for this particular promotion)

Franziska (is a she) and wants to have 2 IDX 's on one site - (so two setup and two hosting fees) - but ALSO (and this is in addition) in the future would like to co-mingle the data (which both MLS's have to allow, in your case I don't know if they do or not, that is up to you to investigate) - but either way, there is a custom project ON TOP of the standard 2 installs to co-mingle (mix) data and those kinds of estimates I don't provide at the promotional blog, and would not even look at unless you had a very detailed RPF AND already had both IDX orders in place. If and when you DO have 2 IDX's and you are interested in co-mingling (if it is even an option) - I will be happy to investigate for you - however, that is beyond the scope of this current promotion, and this is probably where we should end the discussion for now, so that we can stick to discussion of promotional items.

Hey there Justin - you can certainly order those items even though mapping is not currently available in your area - they will just stay as a $300 credit on account until mapping becomes available or if you change your mind (and we haven't implemented) you could put the $ towards something else if mapping never becomes available.

Check out my site under dev. I got mapping now...wooohoooo. I guess some brokers opt-in to IDX mapping here on the GSMLS and it places the address now. Can we do community infor too?

I want to get a template for my wife's website (Attorney Website) and I would like a blog to go with it. I'm assuming you'll allow the tabs(Changing the tabs across the top and getting rid of Featured Areas and things like that which wouldn't be appropriate for a law website) to be changed to make the site appropriate for a law website and I'm assuming access to select various pictures are also included for the slide show? Hey Mark,

The only part we wouldn't change without an order would be the image headings in the sidebar. However, there's a trick - the first one says "Main navigation" while the second one can be effectively removed by placing a high number in the "main nav links" field in the "manage pages" section of the CMS.

Are you saying I have to have like 50 different categories in the "Main Nav Links" or are you saying I just have to put in a high numerical number? I have not had a template site in a long time and don't remember how it works, sorry.

Just the number - she can have 1 or 2 links in the sidebar but enter "99" in the "manage pages" section and the second heading will simply not show.
