Getting the staff to write


I need to create a document that teaches the staff how to write optimized content (Obviously not the copywriters, but secretary, etc) so that it could be contributed to the directory and start generating interest and traffic.

Also, I need to get these guys on the blog train - these blogs (Other than mine) have nowhere near the posts I want in them. I would like to see at least 15 of blogging from every staff member each day - paid time of course :)
