MRIS IDX Soon To Be Available To Real Estate Webmasters Customers - New Pri...

For those of you who are MRIS members and were following the thread regarding prohibitive pricing from MRIS - we have some good news. MRIS has decided to adjust their pricing model for data so that agents can now enjoy more choice when it comes to their IDX Vendors - most importantly, you will now be able to take advantage of REW's built in search engine friendly IDX.

Here is how the new pricing breaks down:

$1000 per year annual developer fee (regardless of how many agents use the IDX)
Yearly data fees (These are based on the number of subscribers and is a fee charged by MRIS)

Ordering Your REW Template Website

Step 1: Pick your template

To pick your REW template, go to http://www.rewtemplates.com and click on one of the ten choices for your template, there are both 800 x 600 templates and new 1024 templates to choose from. Once you click a template button you will be brought to a live version of that template.

Within the side navigation of the template you will find a heading labelled "Color Selector" with a dropdown below it. Click on the various colors available to see what your template choice will look like in that color in real time.

Once you have decided on a template write down which template you have selected: example "Template #3 Wide" and the color combination you would like: example "Blue-white".

Version 2.0 REW CMS And Lead Management A Reality!

Jake Marsh Upgrade

I usually don't do this but I thought it might be fun to give the members a glimpse into what I do on a daily basis when working with client's websites.

Domain and history
The website I am working on tonight is http://www.jakemarsh.com - Jake and Greg have been clients of mine for over 2 years now and through a lot of hard work, we first page rankings in Google for their coveted search term "Denver Real Estate" and tons of other terms.

The traffic, leads and conversions have been great however the site design and content is quite dated.
