Many people assume that all real estate agents are automatically "Realtors". But since many real estate agents are part-time, they don't bother to join the National Association of Realtors, which is the only way you can be legit about calling yourself a Realtor.
Being an Oakland Realtor, I am subject to higher ethical standards, and my commitment is to be a true "fiduciary" and always hold my clients' interests above my own.
