Happy New Year!

We are looking forward to the 2007 calendar year.  2006 was a tough market for many home owners wanting to sell their property and many of those home owners that selected their real estate agent based on relationship instead of evaluating the strength of the agent/brokerages marketing platform ended up having the property not sell.

We are expecting that 2007 will be an improvement for many in real estate as many of the "Realtors" that were not committed to their business have moved out of real estate to pursue other careers.

We are looking at this year with great expectations - we recently made a change from a large national brokerage to a local brokerage Marker One Realtors to join Rita Dickinson, Broker/Owner and being able to have her years of experience to combine with our unrivaled marketing platform.

With our existing web presence covering Jupiter Real Estate south to Boynton Beach Florida and north to Port St Lucie we expect to be able to provide our clients more exposure in the locations that buyers are searching for real estate than any of our competitors.

We will be adding information about each of the local communities in the coming weeks and about many of the developments in each of them.  We are expecting to also provide additional information about our unique Florida For Sale By Owner program here also.
