Happy New Year!
We are looking forward to the 2007 calendar year. 2006 was a tough market for many home owners wanting to sell their property and many of those home owners that selected their real estate agent based on relationship instead of evaluating the strength of the agent/brokerages marketing platform ended up having the property not sell.
We are expecting that 2007 will be an improvement for many in real estate as many of the "Realtors" that were not committed to their business have moved out of real estate to pursue other careers.
