Happy 4th of July

Many disagree about the US involvement in the Irag war. However, on this 4th of July, we can still honor our everyday heroes, and salute those who fight, those who defend, those who protect, those who save, and those who sacrificed for freedom. Since San Clemente is close to Camp Pendelton, many local residents have an opportunity to see and/or speak with these respectful young soldiers (most appear to be 18-20 years old) on a regular basis.
Whether you agree with US policy or not, please take a quiet minute or two to reflect on this poignant film and be thankful for our troops.
I know it will make me think about my day in a different way.........
