I couldn't agree with you more, the buyers of today have more information coming in than a lot of realtors have regarding their own area. They have been researching specific types of properties and know what is available at what price. It takes a connected internet savvy realtor to deal with these clients. You will not see them asking you to mail them a package, it needs to be email and quick. Even the property search experience needs to be tailored to new age buyers, just being in the mls website simply does not cut it. We need our own optimized web presence. Have a Great Day! Don Mann
