If you are thinking about relocating to the Greater Greenville area, you should consider Planters Row.  Planters Row is conveniently located in Mauldin South Carolina with easy access to I385 and I85. The community offers a wonderful pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and playground. Home prices start in the 130's and go into the low 200's.

Another benefit about the community is that Planters Row is a more mature community.  The developer did not cut down all the trees but left plenty for shade and appeal.  The schood district is currently Maudlin High which is one of the more sought after school districts withing Greater Greenville.

How to Negotiate for the best deal possible?

Negotiating for the best deal possible on real estate does not have to be as complicated or stressful as many presume it to be.The very first place to start is research. 

Educate yourself about the property and its owners.  Much of this informtion is now on public record like my particular county's records: www.greenvillecounty.org.  Using these county records, you can find a slew of information from loan amounts owed to whether the seller is in default of their note or has any liens on the property.  Your local realtor will have access to these records and more typically through a court house retrieval system.

Here are two wonderful new construction homes in Anderson South Carolina that we need to get moved.  Both homes are located just off Hwy 81 between Anderson and Greenville.  It is a great location and a both homes are very finely built homes!  Prices have been reduced by 40,000 dollars!  Both homes are all brick, one level, patio style homes with over 3100 sq ft.  Lot sizes are over 1/2 acre with no development behind the homes.  The homes are located in Wyatts Grant subdivision, a new custom suddivision with lots of trees and well spaced lots.

The Road Less Traveled in Greenville South Carolina

 

 

This week's Greenville SC Real Estate Photo Blog: I love walking, cycling, and jogging down this country road that is tucked behind my subdivision in Greenville South Carolina. The road is scenic and virtually undisturbed, with horse pastures, ponds, and woods.

Few people travel the road, making it an awesome place to relaxingly take in nature. I will not name the road, but if you discover it, you probably will not forget it! Enjoy Greenville's landscape!
