Well folks despite a shaky year across the US in different Real Estate Markets, the Greenville South Carolina Real Estate Market continues to impress with steady growth.  Two to five percent appreciation is typical for the Greenville Market and 2007 resulted in a 3% appreciation in the Greater Greenville Market.  

The Greenville Real Estate Market  has a number of strong fundamentals that support it including a strong diversified economy, a housing market that never got overheated in the first place, a wonderful southern climate, a location along major southeast transportation routes, and an award winning downtown.
