Hi Folks and Welcome to my Greenville South Carolina Real Estate Blog.  Greenville is in the heart of the New South conveniently located between Atlanta Georgia and Charlotte North Carolina.  Greenville is experiencing an economic boom with more international firms in our area than any other metropolitan area in the state.  Greenville's Dowtown is seeing a renaissance or rebirth in the Main Street and West End areas.  Old buildings are being replaced by modern shops, cafes, art studios, and retail outlets.

A multimillion dollar park, Falls Park, was recently added to the downtown with walking trails, bridges,  picnic tables, and plenty of other recreational opportunities.  The park overlooks and surrounds the Reedy River in Greenville’s Downtown.

Recent Condominium additions to the Downtown would include Field House (overlooking the new Greenville Drive Stadium), the Terrace at Riverplace (overlooking the Reedy River), 155 Riverplace, and Pendleton West. Premium Downtown Greenville Condos are still very affordable with prices ranging from the 200’s to the 400’s. 

Within an easy commute out of the downtown, you will find many pleasant subdivisions in the surrounding townships of Greenville County.  These are Greer, Taylors, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, and Travelers Rest.   Home prices here average about 10% LESS than the national average. 

Overall Greeenville is a wonderful place to live.  I know:  I have lived here my entire life and have had no reason to leave.
