Greenville SC Real Estate--Popular Communities & Sudivisions

This week I would like to highlight several of Greenville SC 's popular communities and subdivisions. These communities differ greatly in age, location, and amenities. Each is unique in the communities own right.

Acadia Greenville SC--Acadia is a new master planned community with extensive amenities and community offerings including walking trails, community church, Acadia Pavilion, swimming pool, fitness center, and a town center with shops.

Augusta Road Greenville SC--A well established community or group of communities located only minutes from downtown Greenville.

Botany Woods--Located with 10-12 minutes from downtown Greenville, Botany Woods is a well established community offering 350+ homesites, large spacious lots, plenty of trees, and a semi-private golf course.

Chanticleer Greenville SC--Enjoy great golf and great location. Chanticleer is one of Greenviille's most famous golfing communities located near Greenville Memorial Hospital.  Homes in Chanticleer range from well established to new. Chanticleer's Golf Course is part of the famous Greenville Country Club.

Claremont in Greenville SC--Claremont is a new luxury custom home community located off Roper Mountain Road near Woodruff Road in Greenville. A commute to downtown Greenville is within 15-20 minutes and all the Woodruff Road shopping and dining is minutes away.

Montebello--Combine mountainous like living with close proximity to downtown Greenville and you have Montebello. Montebello with two separate sides to the community mixes the traditional/modern styled homes with an Italian theme in styling--the Villagio.

North Main in Greenville SC--The North Main Community, partly historic, sits on the edge of downtown Greenville's north end.  North Main combines wonderful tree lined streets with a large variety of new homes, renovated homes, and historic homes. Let's not forget the great location. You can walk to downtown Greenville SC from some parts of North Main!

Summerfield Greenville SC--Summerfield is a newer home community located off Taner Mill Road and Butler Road. Summerfield is minutes from the Woodruff Road shopping district and only minutes to I385 and I85. Summerfield is within 25-30 minutes of Downtown Greenville SC.

Warrenton--Warrenton is located just up the street from Summerfield on Taner Mill Road. Warrenten again combines wonderful location to interstates and shopping. Like Summerfield, Warrenton is a newer community and offers great community amenities including pool, tennis, and a playground.
