One of the most popular questions I get asked is "can a buyer purchase a home without paying their closing cost fees".  Before I answer, if you don't know what closing cost fees are, they are the fees that a seller and buyer pays for to close the transaction.  Some examples of buyers closing fees are, escrow fees, title fees and lender fees.  The buyers lender will give a Good Faith Estimate on these fees while applying for the loan.
