4th Of July Fireworks In Mira Mesa
Every year fireworks are set off from Mira Mesa High School on 4th of July at 9:00pm which makes it an anual tradition for Mira Mesa residents to gather at the Mira Mesa Community Park to watch this wonderful display. But don't forget about the other festivities during the day. Starting at 11:30am will be the parade that goes through Mira Mesa Blvd. and at 12:30pm starts all the fun activities at the Community Park such as Booth Games, Rides and much more.
So if you don't have any thing planned for the 4th, come on down to Mira Mesa Community Park, have some fun and end it off with some Fireworks!

Yes, only 72 Detached homes for sale in Mira Mesa. What is crazy is I was looking up my old blogs on Mira Mesa real estate and on November 26, 2007, there was 192 homes. Click here to read that old blog. So with the inventory is so low, there are multiple offers on these homes. Not only that, most of these homes for sale are Short Sales so if you are a buyer for one of these Short Sales, don't expect to move in anytime soon.

Mira Mesa Caravan

Today was the first time I went to the Mira Mesa Caravan. If you don't know what that is, well the Mira Mesa Caravan is where Realtors pitch their listings in Mira Mesa to other Realtors. And after the pitch session, we go and look at the homes that was pitched. This can also be called Broker Caravan. Anyways, I wanted to see how other Realtors were doing in this market in Mira Mesa. And it was exactly what I expected. These great Realtors were having trouble getting their Buyers a home. Homes are selling fast with multiple offers.
