Mira Mesa Homes and Condo (San Diego)

Mira Mesa is probably the best bang for your buck community in San Diego.  You can buy a single family under $450,000 or even a condo under $200,000.  So what about the location you ask...well you are only about 15-20 minutes drive (depending on traffic) to the beaches, downtown, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Sea World.  Not only that, the Mira Mesa neighborhood has great restaurants, parks, shopping and convenience stores.  As for schools, Mira Mesa is part of the San Diego school district and about a 15 minute drive to UCSD and a 20 minute drive to SDSU (depending on traffic).

Now lets talk about Mira Mesa Real Estate.  As of today, there are currently 347 resale properties for sale in Mira Mesa.  207 are Detached homes and 140 are Attached homes.  Of the 207 Detached homes, the average listing price is $489,902 and for the 140 Attached homes, the average listing price is $289,627.  Now compare that to Rancho Bernardo (92128) which the listing price average for a Detached home is $655,271 and Attached is $363,343.  Now thats a pretty good difference.  Mira Mesa is definitely a community to consider if you are thinking about buying a home.
