Mira Mesa Real Estate

Here is an update on Mira Mesa's real estate market. Right now the Mira Mesa market has plenty of Short Sales and Foreclosures for sale. But what I noticed is that the homes that are well maintained are selling faster than the homes that are about $25,000 less that needs work to be done. So take a look at these statistics and let me know if you have any questions.

For Detached Homes
# of Detached homes FOR SALE: 192
Average asking price: $485,341
Average Square footage of the home: 1,553
Average # of Bedrooms: 3
Average Days on the market: 100
# of Detached homes PENDING: 38
Average asking price: $466,560
Average Square footage of the home: 1,606
Average # of Bedrooms: 3
Average Days on the market: 74
# of Detached homes SOLD in the last 6 Months: 164
Average sales price: $483,092
Average Square footage of the home: 1,557
Average # of Bedrooms: 3
Average Days on the market: 55
For Attached Homes
# of Attached homes FOR SALE: 136
Average asking price: $283,302
Average Square footage of the home: 1,008
Average # of Bedrooms: 2
Average Days on the market: 88
# of Attached homes PENDING: 19
Average asking price: $258,961
Average Square footage of the home: 878
Average # of Bedrooms: 1
Average Days on the market: 80
# of Attached homes SOLD in the last 6 Months: 103
Average sales price: $293,802
Average Square footage of the home: 1,020
Average # of Bedrooms: 2
Average Days on the market: 76
