Poway Real Estate

I have meaning to do a quick Blog statistic for Poway Real Estate for a while now and I finally found time to do it.  If you are not familiar with Poway's real estate, condo's start in the low $200's and single family homes start in the mid $300's.  Take a look a the these statistics and let me know if you have any questions.

For Detached Homes

# of Detached homes FOR SALE:  170
Average asking price:  $1,040,645
Average Square footage of the home: 2,750
Average # of Bedrooms: 3
Average Days on the market: 86

# of Detached homes PENDING:  27
Average asking price:  $1,063,171
Average Square footage of the home: 2,728
Average # of Bedrooms: 4
Average Days on the market: 65

# of Detached homes SOLD in the last 6 Months:  160
Average sold price:  $813,255
Average Square footage of the home: 2,480
Average # of Bedrooms: 3
Average Days on the market: 65

For Attached Homes

# of Attached homes FOR SALE:  20
Average asking price:  $355,311
Average Square footage of the home: 1,201
Average # of Bedrooms: 2
Average Days on the market: 81

# of Attached homes PENDING:  5
Average asking price:  $357,920
Average Square footage of the home: 1,343
Average # of Bedrooms: 2
Average Days on the market: 118

# of Attached homes SOLD in the last 6 Months:  15
Average sold price:  $337,500
