Buy a Home and get 1 Free!!!

I've been meaning to blog about this when I first heard about it but I never found the time until now.  Basically the New Home builder Michael Crews is offering you a Free row-home in the Cityscape Neighborhood in Escondido which is selling for $399,900 for anyone who purchases a $1.6 - $1.8 million estate in the San Pasqual Valley's Royal View neighborhood.  And I'm not kidding you.  NBC San Diego wrote an article about it last week and here is a link to it:  http://www.nbcsandiego.com/houseandhome/16367623/detail.html

I know New Home Builders are hurting but WOW, what a incentive!  I remember a few years ago when the Real Estate market started to slow down, new home builders were giving $10,000 towards closing cost or a free upgrades such as granite counter tops, etc...  And now a Free Home that is worth $399,900.  That is an amazing deal. 

Now probably your first thought was maybe the Builder raised the prices on the homes.  Well in the article by NBC San Diego, Crews states he didn't increase the prices.  I haven't had a chance to investigate the deal but but it sounds like a great deal and it may end soon.
