Deer Valley real estate prices continue to climb.  It is a popular place to purchase a ski condo since Deer Valley offers some incredible services for a ski area and is so easy to get to.   The Salt Lake International Airport is a short 45 minute drive away and offers numerous non-stop flight destintations which makes it easy to get to Deer Valley so you can enjoy your ski condo with minimal hassels.

As of May 5, 2007, already 55 condos have sold  for the 2007 year with an average sold price of $1,817,852.  In 2006, 120 condos sold with an average sold price of $1,388,741.  In 2005, 223 condos sold with an average sold price of $1,160,879.  As of May 5, 2007,  there have been 17 single family homes that have sold with an average sold price of $4,663,676.  In 2006, 48 single family homes sold with an average sold price of $3,366,994.  In 2005, 64 single family homes sold with and average sold price of $2,626,689.   Data was obtained from the Park City MLS and reflect sales for all condos in the Deer Valley area whether ski in ski out, a short walk to the lift or a short drive to the lift.

If you are looking for a ski in ski out condo at Deer Valley , prices are at a premium and typically start at about 1.2 million for an older 2 bedroom condo and around 1.8 million for a new construction 2 bedroom condo and can go up to about 4.5 million.  The ski in ski out condo is a popular feature and continues to appreciate because of the low supply for this luxury and the high demand for this convenience.  A ski in ski out home at Deer Valley will typically start at about 4.5  to 5 million and goes up from there.
