The number of sold single family homes, condos and vacant lots were down in Park City Utah for 2007 but the average sold prices were actually up for 2007. Park City is a great place to invest in real estate.
Single Family Homes Sold Data for 2007
- 465 Homes Sold ( down 15.6%)
- Average Sold Price was $1,510,397 (up 14%)
- Average Sold Price to List Price ratio was 95.6%
Condominiums & Townhomes Sold Data for 2007
- 722 Condos Sold (down 1.8%)
- Average Sold Price was $900,200 (up 47.5%)
- Average Sold Price to List Price ratio was 97.49%
Vacant Lot Sold Data for 2007
- 253 Lots Sold (down 43%)
- Average Sold Price was $816,128
- Average Sold Price to List Price ratio was 96.22%
