Deer Valley in Park City Utah

Deer Valley is a ski resort community located in Park City Utah.  The Deer Valley area of real estate surrounds the popular Deer Valley Ski Resort.  Deer Valley Resort is unique in that it is a skier only ski resort.  There are only 4 skier only ski resorts in the United States.  There are four different real estate locations in the Deer Valley area which include the Lower Deer Valley area, Deer Crest area, Silver Lake/ Upper Deer Valley area and the Village at Empire Pass.

The Deer Valley Real Estate market offers a great selection of ski property for sale.  You can find your greatest value in the Lower Deer Valley area near the Snow Park Lodge with most condos a short walk to the ski lift.   Currently, the most popular area is in the newer Village at Empire Pass which is at the highest developed area of the resort.  Most luxury homes, townhomes and condos in the Empire Pass area are ski in ski out as well as brand new high end construction.  The Silver Lake / Upper Deer Valley area in the mid-mountain area of the resort offers a great village area with several shops and restaurants a short walk from many of the condos in this location.
