Canyons Resort Real Estate

The Canyons Resort area in Park City Utah is a great place to consider buying ski property.  It's in the early stages of development for a ski village area.   So now is a great time to buy.  Only  about 10% of what is planned for at the Canyons Specially Planned area has been built so there will be a lot of future growth.  As the Canyons grows so will the value of property in the resort area.  The Canyons Resort Village Master Association is planning on it becoming a year round destination with a golf course and  convention center in the plans.  The Canyons Resort is the largest ski resort in Utah and has the potential to eventually become the largest in North America.
