It could be worse.  Since the beginning of '08 I've seen an increase in calls and showings.  If the media would stop being so full of doom and gloom, people would realize that it's a great time to buy.  I also believe that the homeowners who keep their houses listed for more than six months should pull out for about three and help decrease the saturation of homes for sale.  I understand that our market is going through a "correction" period.  I believe this period will stabalize quicker than what the experts are saying.   Thats just my opinion.  Thanks, Phil
