Thurston County Washington Housing Market Stats

The Thurston County Housing market is still quite robust, but somewhat depressed compared to recent historical standards.   The market is percieved as slow (I believe it is a buyers market), and inventory is the culprit.   In our market at any given time there are normally 700-1000 able buyers, and in the past about the same number of homes; as the numbers below show, we now have 21/2 times the inventory of homes on the market, and I believe many non-commital buyers (the economy shows that those buyers are still here).

The following information is compiled and provided by the Olympic Multiple Listing Service (OMLS).
