Piney Orchard real estate sales statistics - July 2009

Here is the latest round up of Piney Orchard Sales data for July 2009.  Not a stellar month with declines in both average sales price and number of homes sold.  All in all though the houses that are priced well and in good condition  are selling much less than the 96 day average.  We've also been better insulated than some surrounding neighborhoods when it comes to foreclosures and short sales.
