We saw another slight increase in the volume of sales in October though the average sales price continues to fall. This month's decline was primarily the result of a sales volume that was heavy on condominiums. Of the 19 sales, two were short sales and two were foreclosures. The rest were normal transactions. Piney Orchard like Crofton remains a top pick for local real estate buyers and values are holding steady.
