North Pocono Real Estate

The North Pocono area of Pennsylvania is a wonderful area to call home. It’s a smaller community with some great history but offers some of the features you would like to find for convenience.  Food and hardware stores are nearby as well as some great restaurants.  You can find most of what you’re looking for right in town.  This area encompasses a few smaller towns, Moscow, Daleville, Elmhurts,Gouldboro, and Madisonville to name a few.

What you can't find here is just a short drive of about 20 minutes to the town of Scranton which houses all the big shopping names like Wal Mart and Home Depot to name a few.  Being just minutes off the major high way of Route 380 make a great choice for people commuting to Tobyhanna Army Depot or to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area for work.

A small town feel with the convenience of being minutes to major road ways makes this the idea location for those seeking country living and short commutes.  Add all this to the local reputation that the North Pocono School district offers and you have a great place to call home. 

The North Pocono real estate offers some great early 1900 homes is as well as some modern communities such as Harmony Hills and Glen Meadows that offer some of the finest real estate in the area.

And what area of the Poconos would be complete with out offering its share of gated, recreational, private communities.  North Pocono area offers up Big Bass Lake, Pocono Springs, and Eagle Lake for its recreation loving, full or part time,  residential home seekers.
