The Ice Cream Store Syndrome

Consumers have more power than ever before. Why? Information, of course. But sometime there is so much information that people become paralyzed with choices. I call it the "Ice Cream Store Syndrome".
64 flavors and 5 dollars, what do I pick? How about a vanilla cone, please.
The design goal of PrescottScott.com was to simplify the Prescott Real Estate decision process for everybody. Thanks to the programming ability of my host, Real Estate Webmasters, the entire Prescott Arizona Area MLS is available to the public in a very easy to use format.
All you need is an email address and to visit www.prescottscott.com/search.php to begin. Here are the steps:
1) Register, using a valid email address
2) Select your target city
3) Select your target property type
4) Select your key property features
5) Select your target price range
6) Submit your search
You may need to place my email, scott@prescottscott.com, in your email address book or allowed addresses of the antispam tool to receive further updates.
You will now get new and price change listing for your selected market area. Many of my clients alert me to the property they will buy, because they have the appropriate information.
Ahhh, the yummy ice cream, and I didn't have to choose it. It chose me!

Seems your right. With sooo many choices these days it is easy for clients to get discouraged and overwhelmed. I find myself saying all the time "don't get discourage, finding a home is quite a challenge sometimes" even though at that exact time I myself am feeling the weight of a long process. By providing potential client an easy to use and easy to navigate web site hopefully we can take some of the hassle and frustration out of the buying process and spend a little less time in our cars to find them the right home.
